The core team and supporting functions sit at the heart of the network, and are responsible for the strategic direction of Catalyst. They bring coherence and overview - weaving the work and insights from the other groups across the network. It currently consists of:

• Siana Bangura, Catalyst Producer

We have appointed an external Steering Group facilitator, who will help us shape the group, facilitate the group meetings, design meeting content and provide strategic consultancy to our core team. We’re delighted to be working with Lauren Coulman, Founder of Noisy Cricket in this capacity.

Catalyst’s comms, internal operations, finance and board-level governance are currently provided by its incubating organisation, CAST, and you may work with these team members until March 2023:

• Kerensa Jennings, Trustee of CAST and Catalyst Steering Group Member
• Pema Radha, Trustee of CAST and Catalyst Steering Group Member
• Sonya Hayden, Senior Communications Manager (role currently being advertised externally to support Catalyst)

The Initiative Leads circle is made up of fifteen partners from charities and digital agencies. They are collectively responsible for ensuring continuation and momentum of existing Catalyst services for the next 12 months, while we transition. In addition to the Producers and CAST support roles, this group currently includes:
